MBM Donation of the Day: Henry Repeating Arms
Henry Repeating Arms, a founding sponsor of the Marty Brown Memorial™ series of events, has generously donated to our upcoming 10th Annual Marty Brown Memorial Invitational™ rifle match to be held on Nov. 14-15, 2026 on the military ranges of Camp Atterbury near Edinburgh, IN (these ranges have hosted the NRA National Matches in the past). This event is an informal 3-position rifle match held according to the rules for the Revere’s Riders Rifle Qualification Test at “full distance” (i.e. from 100 to 400 yards).
Henry Repeating Arms is one of America’s leading firearms manufacturers and the world-leader in the lever action category. Henry Repeating Arms was started by Louis and Anthony Imperato in Brooklyn, New York, in 1996. The first model produced was the Henry H001 Classic Lever Action .22, and the first shipments were made in March 1997. Henry Repeating Arms takes its name from Benjamin Tyler Henry, the inventor of the first successful repeating rifle in 1860. However, there is no affiliation or lineage to Benjamin Tyler Henry or the New Haven Arms Company, which manufactured the original Henry rifle from 1862 to 1864. Anthony Imperato secured the trademark to the Henry name in 1996.

The 10th Annual Marty Brown Memorial Invitational™ rifle match is by invitation to those who have either “shot a score” of Marksman or better on the Revere’s Riders Rifle Qualification Test or who have relevant experience and can safely handle a firearm with minimal supervision.
